Our People Strategy services focus on helping our clients build strategies for culture transformation, employee engagement, and DEI.

Our People Strategy creation method follows a three-step process:

Our Implementation Advisory services provide our clients with insights on how to best implement the tactical aspects of their overall DEI strategy execution. 

Clients retain our advisory services over a set timeframe for certain amount of advisory sessions. Topics may vary but often involve some aspect of a DEI, People / Workforce Strategy, such as:

Capability Development

Our Capability services provide a way for clients to upskill their employees and increase their people management and DEI capabilities.

are not traditional out-of-the-box "DEI training" sessions. Rather they are bespoke, curated learning sessions or speaking engagements that are focused on a specific topic of interest

require a high amount of input - and often co-creation - with the client to ensure the content and messaging is tailored to the audience's needs

are designed with the assumption that clients are prepared to take specific action after the event 

are provided in the form of extended meetings, lunch & learns, workshops, or keynotes
